Tribulas?
i talked to a guy today who loves tribulas, said he uses it all the time, cycles on and off. he claims hes 5'9, 225lbs, 34yrsl old and can put up 430 on the bench. im in sales and talked to him on the phone so i couldnt see him but he seemed legit. anyways, what are peoples feelings on tribulas, ive never used it, used all kinds of over the counter products and gear.
if this is somthing worth trying what dose is good? how long should u run it? and any good brands? if i do try trib is there anything else u should run with it for best results? thanks for any opinions or advice.
im 5'10, 205lbs, 25yrs old

At 25 dont really know how much it will help you of course its different with everybody, 4-5 grams is a decent dose to see results on but there is a possibility of gyno flare up while using it because it raises LH and in turn estro rises as well. so have appropriate supps on hand for that (eg. Nolva) never have personally run it so im not really sure on duration but have heard the 6-8 week range...again not sure on this so get some more info before just taking my word on it....also you might find this interesting

I did a cycle of this for 8 weeks, a couple of times...It's been so long since i done it though, all i remember was taking tons of pills, i did no research on this i just did what a friend told me(i was naughty) and i also did not know nothing about pct, but i don't have any gyno as of right now.
My advice to you is to do more research on this, I wish i would of!! and i used Optimum brand from bodybuilding.com.
It would be nice to hear how this turns out with ya, let us know...

I've used it before, it's a natural testosterone booster . You'll probably walk around with a hard-on more of the time, but I can't comment on its effectiveness in the gym.
Also, I have never heard of anyone doing PCT for tribulus, and trib is often used to help PCT. It really doesn't need to be cycled as many people take it everyday. I am not discrediting the above post about Gyno though, you may want to research further.
ONE THING IS FOR CERTAIN: He is not benching 430lbs because of the tribulus, do not confuse it for being a steroid .

You wear a super tight bib suit that crushed your nuts and every part of your body so you can lift another 40 lbs? and then bounce off your chest so hard your ribs could break, helping lift another 20#'s? I see dudes in my gyms lifting 315#'s and coming up to me talking about how we lift serious weight and asking about form, how they are 40 lbs lighter then I am...ticks me off, I do slow, perfect form, 10 reps/set while they are bouncing 6 or 8 reps of the same weight...then say we are strength comparable? Kid! I can bench you and yo mama! thats what I want to say to them...hopefully your not the same way.

Tribulus will not do much of anything for you unless you throw it into your PCT. I personally have used it on many occasions, without much gain. It is simply a supplement and can not be expected to yield huge gains, but can definently help to recover when run at 5g's/day when coming off cycle.
