Ok so I just got all my supps in order and I want to space them out properly and mostly I do not want to over medicate with them, we all know how pricey they can get. Well here is a list and how I am currently taking them
First I would like to say I know taking flax and my ***** 3,6,9 pill at once is alot of fat but to be honest I think they are making me lose fat and get hard and lean so I am for now going to take flax and ***** together for healthy fats and to promote good health.

Glucosomine ( I take this till they are all gone for creeky bones)

I am thinking in the morning I take my shake and take multi so I can skip the b-complex and bcaa because my shake has alot of that. Can I drop the flax and ***** at night?????
Just trying to make these supps last long I mean this is alot of cahs spent makes no sense taking things that i don't have to.
