    Tongkat Ali Effectiveness

    For how many weeks is Tongkat Ali effective?

    I have found that ZMA is only effective for 3 weeks and then it loses it's effectiveness. If I stop taking ZMA after 3 weeks and then resume 3 weeks later it's effective again.

    From people's personal experiences how long is Tongkat Ali effective before your body gets used to it?

    Should Tongkat Ali be taken daily or every other day?

    Take for 6 weeks, take 2 weeks off, repeat.
