    SD and low-back pain

Does anyone know the mechanism by which SD causes lower back soreness? Are we thinking renal stress, or something entirely unrelated? Thanks in advance.

Probably kidney stress related pain. I just come off of a 30 day SD cycle and my back hurt back there but it felt like kidney pain to me and not any kind of back pump at all.
