SD and low-back pain
Does anyone know the mechanism by which SD causes lower back soreness? Are we thinking renal stress, or something entirely unrelated? Thanks in advance.

I'm currently at 30 but they were present at 20 as well.

i had them pretty bad....hurt during squats, bent over BB rows, t-bar, and cant forget about deadlifts....i just kept trying to stretch it out but it never really got any better till i came off...
