Returning to these boards after 3 years!!!
Hello again everyone! I used to be a member here from the good ol' days when AR was starting off, but I have been off working and doing other things for the past 3 years or so, so I haven't been on. In fact, my email address that my old handle was under doesn't exist anymore, so I had to create a new member name. My old one was GonnaBeHUGE for any old school veterans who might remember me.
Anyways, its good to be back, and on with my first post:
I am finishing up a bulking cycle now (up to 258lbs), but I have gained quite a bit of fat over the past year. My bf is probably around mid 20s!!
Well its getting to be that time again where I need to cut. In the past, clen and t3 didn't do much for me at all, and ECA was ok but not great. I ran 2 DNP cycles 2 years ago with amazing success, but I don't want to go down that road again.
My question is this. I've been out of the loop for a while in regards to cutting supplements, and I have been reading everyone's posts. I am thinking of putting together the following product for myself:
25mg Ephedrine HCl
200mg Caffeine Anhydrous
81mg Aspirin
2.5mg Yohimbine HCl
I can get each of those with no difficulty in powdered form, so I was thinking of making my own caps, but I wanted to see if that is a good mix or should I change it? I have never tried the Yohimbe, and I used to leave the aspirin out and just run ephedrine/caffiene.
Also, I am hearing a lot about L-Carnitine and others, are they worth it? I want to make the minimal stack that will be effective (and cost effective as well).
Please keep in mind that I am no newbie, and have my diet and excercise in place. My plan for this cutting cycle (which won't start until 4-5 weeks after my cycle now ends) is the following:
Diet:
1800 Cals/day
250g Protein/day
100g Carbs/day
45g Fat/day
Cardio 2-4 days a week for 20-40min at 70% MHR
Weight training will be adjusted with shorter rest periods, slightly higher reps (I am in the 6-8 rep range now, will go up to 10-12 rep range) and maybe take a few extra rest days between workouts since my calories are reduced drastically. (I am currently hitting each muscle twice a week, but I'm on 250mg Test E+ 50mg Test Prop every three days and taking in 4000 Cals/day
Please give me any and all feedback please. Like I said, I haven't tried cutting in some time and so I am kind of out of the loop. I have always been the type to say "MORE MASS, SCREW CARDIO!!"

The more I read, the more I think I'm going to drop the Aspirin. Like I said before, i never cared for it in the first place, and I don't really think its necessary. And after checking my prices, I think just going with an ephedrine Hcl product like VasoPro and drinking some coffee might just be cheaper and hell of a lot less hassle than making the caps. I also see that you can get Yohimbine Hcl caps in 2.5mg doses easily on the net as well, so maybe I will just do that:
AM
1 25mg Ephedrine Hcl tab
2 Cups Coffee or Tea
1 2.5mg Yohimbine Hcl cap
Mid-Morning
1 25mg Ephedrine Hcl tab
2 Cups Coffee or Tea
Afternoon
1 25mg Ephedrine Hcl tab
2 Cups Coffee or Tea
It also seems everyone is recommending Yohimbine only once per day as it seems to linger all day, so putting it into my previously thought up caps was a bad idea...
Let me know what you guys think of this? Is there anything else I should add or change?
