Ya, I'm already doing that. I am always around a lot of people in my work environment and someone always seems to be sick.
I trivk I use right when I first feel like i might be comming down with something is to mega dose vit C to try and knock it before I get sick and most of the time it works.
take 2-3 grams vit c every couple of hours and withion a day or 2 it usually goes away.
Vit C is ok, zinc helps alot too. some people swear by elderberry extract, Echinacea, and liquid collidal silver. (Can you tell I used to work for gnc yet?)
Biggest thing I think you could do is take some training time off. Are you overtraining?
I would def. try megadosing with Vit. C. I am also a fan of Airborne products though, they seem to work quite a bit better than just high doses of Vit. C. for me when I start coming down with something.
i agree, airborne does seem to work real well. i personally slam a cold/flu as soon as i feel it coming on with a megadose of vit c, increasing my zinc intake, and taking airborne. i tell you, as long as i catch whatever it is soon enough, that combo slams it out of my system.Originally Posted by EcToMoRpHiAn
