Glutamine peptides good for a partial pec tear?

I suffered a partial pec tear on March 21. I've stopped lifting and been doing physical therapy 3 times a week. I'm trying to get healed as soon as possible (without taking HGH or AAS).

Would taking glutamine help me heal? What is the best glutamine to take for a partially torn muscle (peptides or L-glutamine)?

peptides are better absobed than regular L glutamine

but I would reccomend a regular protein supplement they are more beneficial then just one amino acid form such as glutamine.

keep in mind though that it wont be a noticeable change but will deffenatley be beneficial.

I am taking a protein supplement. I mean in addition to that, would glutamine peptides help me heal faster?
