My buddy is currently going to do a methyl 1 test cycle. his previous cycles where test prop and npp for 5 weeks 100mg of prop eod and 75 of npp eod.that was back on august. Then a yr before that is was test cyp 300 600mg a week. He was wondering what neccessary supps. would be helpful taking this considering he never ran this before. He has his multi-v, b complex,milk thistle, vitamin b5, he is running tribulus throughtout 3g ed, he is going to also be taking this with creatine monohydrate. he is currently 195lbs 13%bodyfat. he is 22 y/o. hes in college so his diet is nuthing set everyday. he has qu card( quinnipac university credit card) so he just scans that at every place that accepts it. He eats alot of subs, cans of tuna, natty peanut butter sandwiches,cottage cheese and cooks eggs when he can in the area where the school has set up where they could cook. wish i cud explain more about diet... but he usually keeps it around 3,500-4000. he said he might drop it a bit cuz its summer and he might eat a bit more leaner drop some carbs up the protein n so forth. but supps? w/e is neccessary? i reccomnded vitamin b6. but he said he doesnt like gnc brand stuff so idk wat else is good.. thank guys
