    Proper way to take glutamine

I just started taking this brand of glutamine peptides that I ordered:

    http://truprotein.com/store/comersus...p?idProduct=93

How I've been taking it is by taking 5 g at breakfast with my whey/egg beaters shake, 5 g with my PWO whey/dextrose shake, and 5 g at bedtime with my Micellean/Flax shake. So I'll be taking 15 g days I lift and 10 g days I don't lift.

Will taking it this way give me good results? Am I taking it at proper times?

do you do cardio at all? if you do take 5g before cardio instead of breakfast and you're good to go.

    No cardio right now.

Other than that, am I taking it at the right times and the right doses?

Glutamine peptides are different than glutamine itself......you can get a boatload of glutamine peptides for a real good price, glutamine itself at the same size will be much more expensive
