    Hoodia...anyone try it? does it work?

    Whats up with this new product? Anyone try it and like it? what do you guys thinK, does it really supress appetite?

    It works but youll build upo a tolerance quickly so you need to cycle it on an off usually takes around a week and a half to be noticeably less effective

    it did nothing for me, i even upped dosage, but to each their own...also it was pure hoodia, nothing else

    it works for me tho i don't use all the time. a bottle of 60 lasts me 2 months or so.

    i cycle venom (has hoodia in it) and eca 2 wk's on 2 wk's off. off wk's i use the
    venom. i have had very good results.

    It is apparently great stuff but I would never touch an appetite suppresent. I already measure out what I eat and I would never want to limit that.
    Eat more meals frequently and concentrate on diet more than using hoodia imo.

    This confuses me ... I suppose it depends on what your goals are, but i thought that eating was an intricate part in achieving any fitness goals. I mean your body needs fuel does it not? So if you're suppressing your appetite where is your body going to get the fuel it needs to grow and burn calories etc.? I dunno, maybe theres something I'm missing. I just know that I love eating, and even though I limit what I eat, also wouldn't want to cut that down any further... it would be like starving myself..
