    Quick question on clen

    Should I wait at least two weeks after ephedra to start clen ?, Because of receptor issues, or is it good to go off of ephedra and hop right on clen?

    I assume it just makes it less effective, however, I have a deadline to reach, so would there be any benefit to switching after 1 week free of ephedra or just stick with ECA?
