It depends on your nutrional state.

Are you deficient?

Assuming that you haven't had a blood screen.. and you don't assume yourself to be specifically deficient run i'd say 1000 mcgs (or 1 ml) weekly..

very short,except Vit B12 -u need something like three shots and your done the next 3-6 years even without taking any of it by food or something ...
