im trying to put on lean muscle... and i want to make sure i am using the best protein shake i can... i wanna put on as much lean muscle weight as i can. i just picked up a bucket of ons 100% whey choco mint. i like the taste but my friend was telling me the carbs are way too low and i will actually loose weight from it. what do u guys have to say about that??
