first of all, why are you looking to cut down your appetite during a cycle? i'm going to assume it's a cutting cycle? the cycle alone will be boosting your metabolism significantly, and cutting the calories too low will cause significant catabolism, even if on gear.

not many people will suggest any appetite suppressants cause most people know that's one of the worst supplements you can possibly take. even if you suppress the appetite, when the body gets to the point where it would normally be hungry without the suppressants, even though you won't feel hungry, the bodies cortisol will still kick in as usual.

also, don't forget about the dramatic rebound effect that appetite suppression has after you come off them. there's a thread in the ar lounge where someone is complaining they're craving anything and everything now cause they just came off appetite suppressants. that is what causes the severe rebound effect is that right after coming off them, your bodies metabolism has slowed significantly, yet you'll be wanting to eat everything you can fit in your mouth.

if you really want to try to suppress your appetite, simply eat foods that are slower digesting. one thing that works well is casein protein, found in milk and cottage cheese. cause of the slow digestion, it will sit in your stomach for a longer time, giving you more of a full feeling. however, i'd strongly advise against appetite suppressants. that's the "fat persons" solution man, and you know how their diets work out for them.

Hoodia alot of older people have had success with Yohimbine
but i totally agree ascendant. Also Some people have used Phentermine 16.5 mg morn 16.5 night Its an ADD drug though but it kills your appetite and helps you pay attention.

So by your logic, steroids is the "weak persons" solution?

I dont mean to sounds like a dick, but lecturing me about how appetite suppressors are harmful & have rebound effects, and totally ignoring the fact this is an AAS forum seems to me a bit ironic

Once over, me asking a legit supplement question, on the supplement sub-forum and then lecturing me about how bad supplements are, seem a bit self-defeating

But rest-assured that I do apprectiate your concerns for me, and i do believe they are genuine
