sd+eca while clean bulking?
alright guys i am 100% convinced this time. i am finally going to run sd after researching for a solid 5 months. i have everything in hand hawthorne, no flush niacin, flax seed oil, fish oil, milkthistle, multi vit., vit. c, taurine etc. i also have my pct all lined up i have nolva for pct and i am gonna run the same supps during pct. my main goal is to add lbm without adding fat. i am 5'6 165 19y/o with 12%bf. i know some of you guys will disagree on this one but i am convinced. please respect my decision and please support on this one but the real question is, i am thinking of running eca or ecy along with this and i would like to know if it's going to decrease bf while adding lbm. upon taking eca/y, i will be doing cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with 70% hr. i am planning on taking eca 2x a day while on sd. my diet will consist of about 270grams carbs strictly from complex/low gi, about 300 grams protein and about 60 grams of fat mostly coming from efa's. i will try to avoid saturated fat as much as possible. what's your opinion?

I think you will be fine. Just don't expect to gain lots of weight. Good luck with your cycle.

It's up to you. Since you don't want to gain lots of weight and you want to stay lean and hard throughout the cycle, I would take it the whole time. The Superdrol won't bloat you anyway, but together with the ECA you should get just what you are looking for. That sounds like a good beginner cycle for the summer time.

why not just do cardio on an empty tank in the morning...jmo...but thats free, and i think it will work more effectivly while bulking, when trying to gain, just do that maybe 2-3 times a week and it will keep your fat % in check....but dont worry about it to much just watch diet and cardio and you will be golden

Your 19 and made your mind up but I will say this. At 19 without anything but a proper diet and creatine is when I have made the best gains in my life.

Like you said lc, you've made up your mind. So, here's a little anecdotal flavor for your tootsies. My biggest concern prior to my SD cycle was that, in increasing my cals, I would gain more bf than I wanted. While I have gained some bf, the insane amount of lean I've put on makes it noticeable, only probably to me, in my midsection. Everywhere else looks leaner due to the increased muscle. I'm even the type that's susceptible to bf (endomorph) and went from a 3000 cal low carb diet to a 4000 cal feeding frenzy.

You most likely will NOT be able to reach your goals.
It is impossible to gain pure muscle even with steroids .
The amount of calories you need to take in for muscle growth is bound to add a little fat.
There is no such thing as a cutting and bulking cycle focus on 1 or the other and your results will be far far better.
I say focus on bulking cleanly now with the SD WITHOUT the EC stack as it will make it quite a bit harder.
after your PCT is done THEN worry about getting rid of your fat as it is ALOT easier to get rid of fat then it is to gain muscle.

good deal. i think i will be just doing cardio on an empty stomach 3-4x a week to watch out for that bf%. this is gonna be my training routine though. i switch it up to this one because i don't wanna get use to the same workout.
day1 chest/back
day2 shoulders/tris
day3 legs biceps
day4 rest
day5 rest
day6 back to day1.....
what do you guys think?

also, i wanted to take eca along with sd because i am an endo and i gain fat fairly easy so i thought this will counter react the fat gains.

Look into Sesathin for preventing fat gains during a bulker.

how is my routine though? should i hit eacxh muscle group twice a week since i am taking sd or stick with the one that i outlined?

took sd this morning but it's my off day and i just wanted to get sd to my body for tommorow's chest and back. so i treated this day like a normal day but i am so lethargic. i took a 1 hour nap like twice and i didn't feel like going out of my house lol. i don't know if it's just me but i am extremely tired.
