anyone used SixStar BodyFuel nitric oxide stimulator?

hi guys, just picked up this product from walmart along with some amino3000 by Body Fortress(like there protien) and some extra L-Glutamine. im going to run the SixStar product for at least 30 days but if im likeing it probably 60? ill add the amino fuel and l-glutamine and stay on that for a while im sure, i know amino's are important and it doesnt matter how long ur on it. i also take multi, zinc, calcium, vitC.

just wondering if any of u guys have used this product and if u liked it? also does it matter how long u r on l-arginine products, i know they cant hurt to stay on but is it better to do it on for a certain amount of time and off for the same??

lastly, any advise on the timing and dose of the products im taking would be great, i usually take my multi in the morning and the zinc before bed, the C and calcium i just take whenever. i thought i read it was best to take the aminos and larginine before and after u work out?

i know this is a long post but thanks for any advise, i no longer use real gear so im just looking to get the best results i can with over the counter stuff without spending a fortune on all kinds of stuff, what im doing now is pretty afordable if it works.

    im 25yrs old, 205lbs, 5'10

i dunno man but i wouldn't shop at wal mart for supps. maybe low quality and it's just a waste of money. i'd rather spend more $ on the products that i have done research on rather than wasting my money on junk products. but i seriously wouldn't know because i don't think anyone around here use the wal mart supps. (or do they???)

l-arginine is l-arginine, im not about to pay double or triple for another product like no2 or somthing. theres nothing wrong with walmart, they have a great vitamin section and have got alot better lately with there weightlifting products. i buy my protien there every week and its fine.

    anyone else????

I buy my support supps from wal-mart, haven't taken them yet but look at the back of the labels they are pretty much the same ingreds, or EXACTLY the same of other supps that are at the other high priced stores. i just don't have extra $ to fork out, but i guess everyone is different(whatever works for the Individual).IMO....

don't worry about buying from walmart, i buy a lot of my supps there as well (includng the body fortress protein when i'm low or out of other protein) as for the nitric oxide stimulator, i haven't used it, but it is the basically the same product as any other plain no2 etc. they also have a CEE i've been wanting to try. anyway, about dosage, i've taken a few no products and didn't see results until i numped up the dosage. can't remember Mg's, but the dosage was like 3 pills twice a day (for all the no products i took) and i had to bump up to 4 pills twice a day to see the effects. as far as dosage, take half your daily amount first thing in the morning-it always said empty stomach, but i never wait to eat in the morning, then take the second haf about 30-45 minutes prior to lunch (that was typically my 3rd or 4th meal the day) i say that bc as you know, none of us here just eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. hope that helps.

i'll buy protein there when i'm low. it's like 11$ for 2 lbs. which really isn't bad. not the best tasting stuff, but to me protein is protein. also i bought ALL of my support supplements for my SD cycle there (ie milk thistle hawthorne, etc). they actually have a pretty good vitamin section not to mention their prices are very comparable to online and i don't have to mess with shipping price/time. no flame whatsoever, just letting you know, if you're thinking about running something similar to SD or if you're low on protein, flax, fish oils etc, Walmart isn't a bad way to go.

The only thing about the protein there is its just Whey concentrate, wish they would throw in some isolates, but I guess that would bump the price up
