    best time and dose to take aminos and l-arginine?

    i have another post about the 6star l-arginine and im not gettiing any responces so if i could at least have this answered that would be great!

    im taking a l-arginine suppliment, amino's and some extra l-glutamine. what is the best time to take these products?? i read in the new FLEX that its good to take them before and after u workout but i was wondering if it would be better to spread it out a little more, like a dose in the morning then again when i workout at night?

    also, best dose or just do what the bottle says??

    i also take a multi, vitC, calcium, and zinc so im just trying to figure out the best times for all this cause thats alot of pills, lol.

    i'd say 30 mins. before and immediately after lifting with some carbs

    then wait about 30-45 mins. and have your PWO shake

    l-arginine--30 minutes prioe to workout
    aminos- at start of workout, and when done(same with cardio imo)
    glutamine-pre and postworkout

    calcium and zink 30min before sleep
    if your aminos are BCAA take them before workout , no need to take them after workout. Other aminos should be taken before and after workout.
    glutamine before and after workout.
    and for arginine I don't know why other guys advised it to take at the workout time. It is for sure to be taken before sleep bcuz it is kind of a amino that increases the gh levels while sleeping.

    hmmm, mixed reviews, like i said, i read in the new FLEX that u should take the larginine, glutamine, and bcaa's 1hour before workout, then take again immediatly after workout.

    im curious about what and why to take before bed, i usually do a 40gram protien shake and take my zinc and maybe another vitC

    iv read on some of the N.O. products to avoid taking 10g or more of glutamine a day when taking n.o. products. (arginine bein the precurser of nitric oxide.) i personally dont know if its true. only reason i would see the purpose of this, is ur body cant digest a certain amount of amino acids at once, and just gets rid of the acess aminos.

    i would just try and see what time works best for you because any supplment questions thats "when do you take this" you will always get mixed reviews
