    Var cycle...........

    I am starting my var only cycle tomorrow. I'm taking 50mgs of var ED. (10mgs at 6 am, 20mgs at 3 pm, and 20 mgs before bed).
    The supplements im taking with it are Milk thistle-700mgs ED, Hawthorne berry-750mgs Ed and i was probably going to throw in some flax seed oil. My question to you guys is when should i take these throughout the day? Should it be split up throughout the day or take it all at once......im not sure. Any suggestions.................

    The supplements can be taken anytime.
    The Var should be split into two doses and taken 8-12hrs apart.

    If it is FF take 2000mgs ED, that will get you the 1000 you need.
