Amy Shipely is a woman on a crusade. And don't think for a second she doesnt find out all about this via the baords on the net.

She's just propagting typical media BS. I she knew anything she'd know that AMp is far more popular with BB's like us than some leite athletes looking for an edge.

Like it says in the post if you take enough you can die, just like if you overdose (take enough) of just about anything it can kill you, even water, they are just grasping at any reason to shut down companies that help support us in what we love bb.

    Simple. MONEY!!!

The supplement industry doesn't grease the pockets of politicians. Never under estimate the power of these industries lobyist's. They deem supplements evil but they offer millions of other way to kill yourself.

Just look at the pharmacutical industry, ever see how much they get away with. Gee I wonder why?

actually agree in this case. What he did was misleading to consumers, by not listing the active (by trying to hide its true nature) he subjected consumer to risks that they were not aware of. it should have been listed as methylhexaneamine a constituent of geranium oil. by calling it geranamine he gave the consumer no recourse to evaluate the ingredient and also made it seem innoccuous

though i can see both sides of this, i completely agree 100% with the above statements.

i can see how this person mislead the consumer by not properly naming the ingredients in his supplement. however, there are far worse things they allow onto the market that they should be focusing on (cigs, alcohol, meds). the whole situation is ridiculous.

two actions the FDA has taken to assure their control over their best financial interest, which is the pharmaceutical industry, is make to laws enforcable in the judicial system protecting their money-makers. one is a statement they've made "only drugs can treat a disease/disorder". are you f*cking kidding me with that? but yes, they passed that law. that law is why pretty much everything that helps treat problems all have the disclaimer now that says "this product is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease or illness.". unless a product can be patented, which means it has to be a synthetically made chem, the FDA will not approve it for medicinal purposes. the motiviation behind this is purely financial.

the second action they took was to "term" anything and everything they could as a disease. kids use to be hyperactive, now they have "attention deficit hyperactivity disorder". you used to get heartburn, now it's "acid reflux disease". by them labeling problems as a disease or disorder, it gives them control over who can and can't say their products treat it. the FDA are a bunch of manipulative, financially motivated, lying, crooked money-whores. if the FDA approves it, i try to stay away from it, cause you can more likely than not rest assured it's bad for you.

at least if they put the ingredients in the "proprietary blend", you can get some idea of what you were taking. In this case, not at all. in fact the consumer was misled to beleive that it was a geranium extract, when it was really a synthesized amphetamine derivative.

think that it would be more accurate to say they are controlled by such and/or that senior staff deserve such designations

Just got it today and took 3 capsules before shoulders with 25mg of ephedra. Wow, worked excellent. Considering the 3 pills is around 200mg of caffeine it worked well and my workout was amazing.

Yeah it sucks they're banning something that's had no reports of any deaths or problems (not that I've heard), but they don't ban cigarettes which kill thousands every year. It's all politics...

I just stocked up on the AMP though...found it REALLY cheap here...
