should i workout 2 body parts a week while on sd or just stick to one? i am thinking of doing this routine
day1 chest/bi's
day2 shoulders/tris
day3 legs/back
day4 off
day5 off
day6 back to day 1...... and so on
or should i just stick to this

i am thinking of doing the first option because i am on sd and i wanna take full advantage of it or shouold i just let my body rest up a full week before going back into the gym?
