Best Protein? Gram for gram

Well about a month and a half ago i went to the local supplement store and bought about 12 pounds of protein wieght gainer. Well i thought i was getting a good deal but dumb me didn't read how many grams were in one servering. Well i get home and find out that it takes like 350 grams to make one servering which is like two cups i think its alot. and one servering was only 26 grams of protein. damn did i fell dumb. So i almost done with this protien and was wondering what was the most concentrated protein out their. You know less grams per scoop more protein.

almost all proteins are the same except for weight gainer.

optimum Nutrition huh i have heard good things about them, how many grams does it take to make one scoop?

i beleive it's like 30-31 grams per scoop but imo dymatize elite is better. 1 scoop is 28.5 grams and you are getting 23 grams of pro only 2.5grams carbs and 1.5grams fat and it's only 112 calories if you are cutting. and plus the flavor on these things are amazing!!!! aspartame and sucralose free.

Evo Pro and Micellar Matrix are protein blends. I've notice a difference during bulking an dieting. I've read every protein thread here and I know that there is a never ending debate.

I love whey but I love whey blended with other proteins better! Gram for Gram.

I always took Optimum Pro Complex 55 grams of protein in two scoops. More than anyone else i've seen. Also the list of vitamins and aminogen and everything else thats in it is far beyond what other companies have produced. Right now i'm using ISS Whey Matrix but its only got like 22grams per scoop so i go through it faster even though it is cheaper.

well i wasn't really looking for what taste the best more of what protein is the most concentrated protein was. Like the ELITE stuff was 28g to 23g of protein. which seems pretty damn good to me. can anyone beat that?

I'm new to this stuff but BSN puts out a protein supplement called truemass and I've seen exceptional gains. I use 2-3 scoops, 2 shakes a day once in the morn once after my workout. Tastes great and is affordable lasts about a month. You can find here on the net (ebay) for about 30 bills. oh and by the way its about 45g a scoop.

are you sure about that...that must be one hell of a scoop to have 45g of protein, and imo there are better weight gainers such as cytogainer, but im glad it works for you

my cousin has the bsn truemass and he said that it was ok but i have a weightgain protein here already and i don't really want a weight gainer i just want the most condenced protein out their thats not really pricy.
