multi vitamin
Is it ok to take a multi vit right before bed or I am just wasting it? I usally take 1 multi, 500mg calcimum and 1500mg Vit-C. Thanks.

unless your deit is really off u do not need a multi. vit your just pissing away your money if you use one.

I take the AST multi vit which says to take 2 daily. I am trying to split my pills up so I am not taking 50 pills in the am.

I take one in the morning, then spread my vit c and muti b complex thru the day accordingly.
