B12 inject dose??

I have run a search and found that a year ago people were saying to inject 1cc ED or EOD and now people are saying to inject 1cc EW. So which is it? And should this be shot IM or in stomach fat? thanks.

I do 500mcg ed and shoot sub-q. You can use more and you can shoot IM if you prefer.
