    the first time

    I was looking at the product universal natural sterol complex or the animal pak,or the twin lab cla, are these pro hormones and are they good or dangerous?

    They're not prohormones.

    sterol complex is a herbal complex consisting of plant sterols.

    CLA is conjugated l. acid. ..a fat

    Google them.

    I'm moving this to the supplement forum.. since it's a supplement question
