sleep medication
my doctor prescribed me ambien to help me sleep. if anyone has a problem sleeping, ambien works great. there are 2 forms of it. the basic one gives me about 4 hours of quality sleep and the other one is more of a time released dose from what the doctor had told me. i use the basic one and i love it. it doesnt make me feel groggy when i wake up either. they are expensive. i have the empire government plan which is very good and the basic one is $30for 30 pills. i heard the other form is about $80.
just wanted to throw this info out there incase someone else was in the same boat as me.

Ambien is the bomb. Two basic forms of insomniacs: 1. Those who have a hard time falling alseep, and 2. Those that have a hard time staying asleep. The original Ambien is for the 1st type. The 2nd (a time released) is for the 2nd type.

Ambien and imovane - are addicting.
Short term it might be great, but over the long hual it can do more harm than good.
And those stories you hear about people sleep driving.. TRUU. Also expect to make food in the middle of the night and not recall doing it..
Unless you have severe sleep issues.. don't take them

It will shut down parts of the brain to help you sleep. That's where people do things (like driving and eating) without recollection afterwards on the stuff. You're actually supposed to take it right before bed, since it kicks in about 20 minutes.
