    Wink Here we go again Phera plex and endurance

    Sorry Sorry sorry guys, i have tried to sell my phera plex but no one wants to buy it or at least they want to give me shit for it.

    Now if i used phera plex will it give me endurance, i wanna use it while doing bootcamp.

    Not weight training.

    Sorry i know its for mass gains and stuff but if it gives endurance at least i will have a positive to take it.

    Hang on to it. It has been discontinued. Sooner or later it will be probably get banned. It will be very valuable and you will be able to get the price you want. How is the back?

    Went to see this new osteopath women she is great, the back is better not 100% but she said by summer i should be.

    I am training with the bootcamp dvd the Billy Blancs dvds, i finally could finish of the basic training yesterday, with all the push ups, squats and resistance bands training, punching and kicking and ab work.

    I wont train with weight anymore i am gonna be 34 in June and i feel a lot better going for endurance then size and mass.

    what boot camp are you going through? i will admit you do feel alot betterwhen doing nothing but super high ebdurance training, but i incorporate weight lifting into it. this is what i did when i was in infantry school. me and i buddy found a shitload of 10lb DB and used bungee cords and 100mph tape to make bigger weights. like 60 lb and i would use those to do Mentzers HIT with all the required PT and i came out with a PT score of 5th out of 223 people. good luck with it. practice lots of running and depending on what your doing lots of ruck marching

    This is kind of funny, my girlfriend wanted to get in shape so i bought the tae bo dvds, but after a while it got a bit boring so i bought the bootcamp dvd by billy blanks, i was always a billy blank fan and think this guy is one hell of an athlete keep in mind that billy is now 51 years old this is amazing has well.

    The basic bootcamp is very hard but the ultimate bootcamp is out of this world.

    Its fast, there is a lot of punches, kicks, lungs, squats, punch ups, all with and without resistance bands, of course for the hard core bootcamp people that where or are in the army that might not seem much but for the average guy like myself its a tone more, even worst is that i am coming back from a back injury that lasted 5 years.

    This dvd is 55 minutes and has it all that ab work is intense and the resistance bands has well, there is a lot of shoulder work too, speedbag using the resistance bands and more.

    I really dont know what i am gonna do next, me and girlfriend just bought a house which means big payments and we both have average salaries so....

    I want to get back into martial arts by September and wont be able to afford both gym and martial arts.

    Thanks for the info, now i just hope that this bootcamp will help transform my body so far so good combined with a good diet i lost some gut.

    When i finish the bootcamp dvd my legs are pumped has hell and my shoulders look like coconuts.
