BF - 20% est.
Lifting 2 years seriously and itelligently
I have PP and all of the support needed inlcuding PCT. Been waiting to pull the trigger.
I can't decide whether to just do a PP cycle and put on some LBM or wait till I get my Tbol in another 3 weeks and do a Tbol only cycle!
I do have a pretty high BF% so Tbol would probably help lean me out a little better.
Injectables are out of the question.
What do you guys think?

tbol will not help you lean out bro...good cardio and diet will...and id personally wait to get down to a lower bodyfat before my first cycle...t-bol imo is much better than phera...good luck bro
Thanks buddy I appreciate it. I slacked on cardio for my winter bulk and now have some flab :( The urge to get big is very strong!!!!!!!Cant wait much longer.........I'll keep cutting and wait for my Tbol
I've tried both Phera-Plex and Tbol - in my mind there is no comparison. Tbol definitely kicks in and gives steady gains.
The Tbol was 3 a day for 30 days.
I did the recommended cycle of 1 each day 1st week, 2 each day 2nd week, 3 each day 3rd week for the Phera-Plex.
Didn't feel as hard or as though the gains were steady on the PP.
Just my opinion. Others may say PP is better.
i had great results with pheraplex, never tried T-bol so that is my bias. i would try cutting down to a modest 12% and then bulk. maybe give it a shot after cutting for the summer?
Go down to 12% Shit man. I hate doing AM cardio!!!!!!! But I know I may look sloppy If I went into a cylce with this high of BF%. Thanks Nova. It just takes a lot of self control knowing my PP and everything I need is sitting right here next to me!Quote:
