Should you use it regularly like creatine or is it bullshit??
All I know is that its very expensive for so little amount you get so I would assume its good quality.
waste of money...take 5g of l-arginine 3-4 times daily and for me i got the same effect...all it is is AAKG, which is an extended released form of arginine...which is good but imo a waste of money...just trying to save you some $ bro...i used it for a long time, and i wasted alot of money too
tried it a few years ago.............not a big fan.

personally i think NO2 is the best OTC supplement you can use for wieghtlifting and powerlifting... i think the big issue is you have to kinda be anal about how and when you take it for it to work fully..... i noticed a great pump while on it, and also broke threw some serious plautes that i had come to with my bench and squat

I think its placebo as well. I was a creatine non-responder. I wasted soo much crap on junky supplements that did jack for me. Honestly save your money. I bought, San v-12,dymatize,satur8 and cell-tech alll crap! Red bull did jack for me aswell.
The only thing i responding well to was the ECA stack and Glutamine (love it).
All it does is create a pump effect. It's jus a kick in the pants. IMO, it's not needed.
I thought it worked at first but when I used it again it didn't do anything for me.
yea i think its a load of bullsh*t if you ask me i as one it for awhile and it did nothing for me, waste of money.
