    Iceburg Lettuce???

    I was told awhile ago from a body builder not to eat Iceburg lettuce. I don't remember why? It might of been something really stupid but I can't remember. Does anybody know why???? Thanks!

    Iceburg lettuce had practically no nutritional value, so if you are going to eat lettuce choose something that will benifit your diet.

    i am from the south and collards and turnip greens do the body good....atleast thats what my mommy says...lol
