I've looked at it and it seems like a healthy protein source. As for a protein supplement i'd stick with whey. The stuff i looked at had only 50% protein content, which isn't that good. I't has lots of EFA's so, like i said, it's quite healthy, but for me the protein level is too low for use as a protien source.

Never seen it, but I'd probably try it. Wouldn't replace my whey with it though.

i haven't heard much info about it, but i really don't care to either. the stuff is ridiculously overpriced and the companies who sell it usually lie to discredit whey protein in attempts to increase their own sales. if they're willing to lie about whey protein, they're willing to lie about their product as well. simple as that.

one thing i would be interested in is it's amino acid profile. considering whey has a full-spectrum, at best it would only be able to match it. as far as anything else in the hemp protein regarding efa's and the like, we got flaxseed and plenty of other supplements out there to take care of that, and for well less than what they think they can charge for hemp protein.

personally i say just stick with your whey protein. you know it's good and reasonably priced. the hemp sellers need to realize they're just way too expensive and drop their prices before i'd even think about looking into it.

Hemp protein is starting to sell here where i live and yes the price is amazing for the amount you get.

Its something new same has when whey came out or creatine they where both very expensive.

Its going to do its time and i guess the hemp will fad away, from what i have read on the can the ingredients are nothing to go wild about yeah its packed with EFA but you get around 15g of protein per scoop.

might be useful as a late night pro/fat source before bed perhaps with a little casein to slow digestion.

Stay away from hemp protein, I do not recommed it. The best protein you can get is from Grass Fed Cows, grain fed cow protein is not as good.

There is a HUGE difference in it for building muscle. Here is a company that sells grass fed beef, they have a video, I am going to past the link here, you will see some of the top athletes in the world and best looking ones are using grass fed beef, the taste and quality is very different. In the USA we like our beef to taste fatty, have lots of juice, marbleized, etc. They found by feeding cattle grains they get these results, it is piss poor in nutritional quality and if you want to add muscle not nearly as good as grass fed. Argentina, the worlds capital of grass feed beef, is very lean. Do some research on the net and you will see. Also Australia and lots of European countries prefer grass fed beef. Only places like McShit and burger land of crap want the fatty messed up beef, hence the USA is saturated with grain feed beef, to the point that now everyone thinks that is normal, when it is not.

    Whey Cool Vanilla 900gm Powder

Whey Cool™, the proprietary non-denatured whey protein concentrate used in PaleoMeal™, is produced to maintain the full range of the fragile immune boosting and regenerative components naturally present in fresh raw milk. Whey Cool™ is produced using proprietary filtration and drying which involves minimal processing. This unique production method ensures that the whey is not subjected to temperatures that would destroy the original components. We do not use cross-flow filtration, microfiltration, ultrafiltration, hydrolyzation or ion exchange methods which denature the original proteins.

This full range, biologically active, complete amino acid profile protein naturally contains an exceptional amount of the critical glutathione precursor covalentbonded cysteine. Additionally it contains the full range and exceptional levels of the most important protein components, which are lactoferrin, immunoglobulins, serum albumin, active peptides and growth factors.

The milk harvested for this product comes from cows that graze on pesticide and chemical-free natural grass pastures. Milk from grass-fed cows has many times higher levels of CLA and contains a proper balance of essential fatty acids. The milking cows are never fed grain or subjected to any growth hormone treatment, chemicals, antibiotics, genetically modified organisms, hyperimmunization or injected pathogens.

This whey protein is produced using a unique low temperature drying and filteration method. The vast majority of whey proteins available use high heat pasteurization. High heat does irreversible damage to the majority of the components of milk and may cause intolerance even in individuals who have no history of milk allergies.
