    ALA....Does this happen to you?

    I started taking ALA last Monday (June 10th) every time I take them 1000mgs 2 to 3 times a day (with breakfast and lunch). However, whenever I take it I get the worse heartburn. Does this happen to those that have or are taking ALA. I don't know if it heartburn or if it something else. Whatever it is it's burning me.

    Hopefully you guys could help me out. I started running them when I started my Winny. I am alos on a deca /test cyc.

    Your kidding me....no one knows anything about ALA. I have done research and it didn't say anything baout this....some body fess up! Ene if you didn't ahve these effects what effects if any did you have?

    Hey Bro

    Yes, it can cause severe heartburn!

    Are you taking it before meals?

    It could be because of the dose that you are taking per meal (1000mg) or it could be maybe the Brand that you are using.


    Have you tried my ALA caps?

    I have them in 500mg caps for .20 each

    Hey I got the Ambolical pills. I have enough to get me by. Thanks though, Also, I usually take them after I eat.

    ALA has been shown to have some sides in certain people.
    I use a brand that mixes calcium in the capsule which seems to do the trick as far as sides.
    I tried Optimum and it made me break out in hives, and my hands and lips blew up like f*cking balloons. Watch what you swallow.

    it only burns for about ten to fifteen minutes. Oh well!

    You should take them right before you eat. Heartburn is very common if ALA isn't taken properly.
    I take mine..... then eat immediately after. No problems that way.

    The heart burn is caused by the s-ALA that is mixed into the racemic that you are using. If you buy the natural r-ALA not only will you be able to use much much less but you won't get sides like heartburn from it.

    It's S-ALA, the only R-ALA is sold at the AF store, I recomend you try it. I just bought 4 bottle's.

    Ulter -Post that long ass thread by Diesel. It's long but interesting and a good read for all interested in ALA.
