Is there a suppliment i can take to slow down my metabolism? i have a real fast one and i wanna slow it down to gain wieght? thanks

The best thing to do would be to adjust your diet. Read in the diet section the sticky about bulking, it's made for people who have a hard time gaining weight.

ya if you wanna gain but your metabolism a speedy one.....double those calories and DIET to fit you weight gain needs....sumtimes it even means forcing you to eat

Exactly, you will most likely have to force yourself to eat.

My metabolism is fast too, I tried several different things but it just came down to me eating more. Forcing it down, the more you do the easier it gets.
