What to take?
I'm 17, 5'11 and about 135lbs. I want to gain weight and get bigger, I've been working out for about close to 2 years, Could anyone help me out on what to take? Any help would be appricated, Thanks

Eat a lot, whey protein, L-glutamine, creatine. EAT EAT EAT EAT EAT! Did I mention eat? Good luck bro! Keep us posted!!!!

Thanks man, should i get the powder glutamine? What do you think about weight gainer? Also, coul di just take one of those, Would that make a difference, if so which one? Thanks

If you only took one, then it your results will be lacking. Do a search on all of those supplements. Creatine helps you build lean muscle mass, and to do so you need a lot more protein in your diet. Thus supplementing with the whey protein. L-glutamine is an amino acid that helps prevent muscle breakdown and can boost the immune system. If you're serious about getting big, then all of these supplements should be taken. Like I said before, do a search on this stuff...there is a TON of info on AR. By the way, Welcome to AR!!!!
