I am allergic to whey protein and soy protein, so this obviously puts me at a major disadvantage in regards to keeping up with my necessary intake.
All of my protein resorts from food and while grilled chicken isn't the worst thing in the world, it gets very tiresome eating pounds of it a day.
Are there any RTD protein shakes that aren't made from soy or whey? If there are, how less efficient are they from the Big 2?
