    pre workout energy

    While on aas what can you guys suggest for preworkout energy

    About a week ago I started using super charge and I gives me great energy and also a great pump after my workout. I love it!

    I just don't want my heart to explode while on......last time my resting heart rate was pretty high, if I would have taken any stimulant at that time I may have experianced probs.....I have noexplode but would rather take that during pct.......any other suggestions?

    i like ergopharm amp, or superpump by gasperi...but this should be moved to the supplement forum

    guys in here steered my to one cup of black coffee 15 minutes prior. works great and is cheap!

    i take caffine and ephadrine in very low doses about 30min before i work out, 10mg/100mg once a day about 3 days a week. even at this low dose i still sometimes have a hard time sleeping when i take it, but it does get me going

    caffeine is doing the trick for me.. im not on cycle but im sure it will help..

    ok...is there any AAS thats gonna give energy besides maybe clen ...not really, so this is not a general AAS question imo....so ....it should be in the supplement forum so maybe he can get some more responses from some supplement gurus...just trying to help him get more better advice

    what if he wants to know how Rala will help with insulin sensitivity and how when on AAS insulin sensitivity may be impared. Rala can solve this.

    or how about when off cycle when endogenous creatine production is nill, and that condition can easily be ameliorated with Creatine Ethy Ester

    or when recovery abilities PCT are in the dumps...................glutamine peptides will help

    etc, ect........

    The author of this thread wants to know about added intensity for his cycle

    and his question should be given due consideration

    I find the Ephidrine gives me a heart ache during cardio. Caffine, L-Glutamine,those 'energy boosting' ginsueng tabs and the like, BCAA tab and creatine does it for me. Glutamine is especially good for lond distance runs- i found it stops the stomach pains at you get at 3 kms. EXPERIMENT MATE

    Thank you.....and let me clear up the confusion......I'm not directly asking for an "otc supplement" I'm asking for ANY OPINIONS or advise on a product that will assist with energy but won't make my heart pound like SOME stimulants do. Although I did post a similar thread in the supplements section for direct supplement purposes.....thanks to you guys who have replied.......I take noexplode right now but don't know if I wanna continue when I start my cycle in a few weeks

    I just picked up Super Charge........works great. Before that I was taking caffeine and green tea capsules....

    be careful with caffeine if u are mentioning a difference in heart rate. seeing as though i recently read a study that concluded that caffeine may detour blood away from teh heart during intense exercise. so with an already elevated heart rate, your trainiung might push you over the edge. i therefore have no suggestions because i would be pumped to even be using, and throw weight around like i was big louie

    yea man, i heard the same shit about caffeine. maybe you should check your diet.

    no-explode ,or x-pand i have tryed both but over all i would half to suggest no-explode!!! it give me a huge energy boost !!
