The best way to shred Body fat is to do it by diet and cardio naturally, get as much off as possible with hard work and motivation then look at compounds to get rid of the stubborn fat whats left

yeah, what he said....diet is key, with cardio as another major facto....40-45 min on an empty stomach first thing in the morning...light pace, heart rate at like 65-70%...perfect recipe imo...

    What they said...
And Webb hit on a very important point. Most people are unfamiliar with the "Fat Burning Zone" (that 65-70% heartrate), consequently they under or overshoot it. This burns calories, but never approaches fat. Additionally, the liver stores glycogen (ready fuel), this must be burned (used) prior to the body's accessing of fat (stored fuel). Experts debate it, but the consensus is between 25 and 35minutes of "Zone" cardio. This is why the morning after a fasting state (sleep) is employed ,and why bber's do so after they lift.

To answer your actual question about supplements, pass on the carb blocker. ECA and Clen work well, but what are your stats?

Yeah, it does. At six even and 225, either you're a pro bb'er or your bf is rather high. If the former is correct you don't have any problems. However, if you're the latter and you have a good weightlifting history/base, your solution quite simple:
    • Clean up you diet
    • Add cardio (twice a day if possible)
    • Get a good multi vit/min and some EFA's.

Your excess fat will melt off.
