cytogainer you can find at this sites supplements sponsor and dextrose can be found at most health food stores and beer distributors (used for the fermentation process). cytogainer is pretty reasonably priced in comparison to most gainers and dextrose is ridiculously cheap. if you pay more than $1-2 per lb for the stuff, you're getting ripped.

Optimum Presents:
Pro Complex Gainer
Over 600 Calories!
Pro Complex Gainer
55 Grams Of Protein, Complex Carbs, Digestive Ezymes And More!
Optimum Nutrition is proud to bring you Pro Complex Gainer - the worlds premier "lean gainer" supplement. Unlike typical weight gain formulas, ON Pro Complex Gainer derives a much higher percentage of its calories from protein. And, while some "ultra-hardgainers" require 1000, 1200, or even 1500 calorie/serving weight gain products, many athletes can gain quality mass with considerably less. So, in addition to calories, ON Pro Complex Gainer provides a blend of 6 premium protein sources, complex carbohydrates, dietary fiber, lipids, digestive enzymes, vitamins and minerals.

if something is a quality gainer, it shouldn't need digestive enzymes. the enzymes are usually added to gainers with low quality ingredients cause without the enzymes, your body wouldn't efficiently digest it and you'd get worse gas than most bb's already have.
additionally, they seem to be trying to lead people into thinking that their carbs are a complex, slower digesting form. during PWO, you want ones that are fast digesting and unless absolutely necessary, shakes shouldn't be used any other time of the day. your main focus should be solid foods save for your PWO shake, and that should be kept to high GI carbs like dextrose and maltodextrin.
you're not going to get much better than cytogainer, especially for the price. a company can make whatever claims they want, but all i care about is their ingredients label.

I just bought muscle milk like 30 minutes ago. It is a pain in the ass to open. It took me and my brother PLUS we had to bust out the plyers lol. Im gonna give it a shot and see how it works. I tasted the powder and it was pretty gross. It was really fine but soon as I put it in my mouth it like carmalized, tasted like a flour/chemical/sugery mix. Kinda supprised the poweder was a dark tan considering its supposed to be vanilla. Hope its supposed to be like that......

I went to GNC and they wanted $35. I told them I could get it cheaper. The lady was cool and gave it to me for $27.50 out the door. I was happy no shipping and handling and didnt have to wait for it in the mail.

don't ever expect to find gainers, whey, or supplements in either of those stores though that aren't overpriced compared to online prices. the only thing i can get cheaper at Vitamin World is my vitamins. other than that, i do all my shopping online.
