Just wanted to say that I followed the info I got from here and SD is definetly working for me. Im in the middle of my 3rd week and Im up about 8lbs. My strength is through the roof (especially for bench and incline). I took 1000mg milk thistle, 1000mg red yeast rice, 1100mg hawthorne berries and 1000mg lysine. I added the lysine as I started to break out a little bit, it cleared it right up. I went 20/20/30 and I will finish my fourth week with 30 as well. Getting ready to get my pct in line for afterwards. Gonna go with nolva and clomid and milk thistle. Just wanted to say thanks for the info I picked up on the site.
