    creatine?

    thoughts on creatine and best brands?

    i took some last summer and liked very much..... added good strength gains and did gain some weight on it; which i know is mostly water weight while on creatine but did gain weight.

    I've been looking into creatine ethyl ester, and it sounds like it is good stuff. I've been working really hard to get my diet in check, and I have started a new protien, Optimum Nutrition %100 whey. I have only been using it for about a week and a half, but so far I'm satisfied.

    I was just wondering if CEE is really worth my money. I do want to bulk up and if this will help, then I'll pay for it. Do you guys think I should go ahead and take the next step and buy CEE?

    I haven't used CEE yet, mostly because I love Cell-Tech. I always pack pounds on with it.

    May wanna try Vitargo CGL.. A tad pricey, but im gettin great gains on it
