    An ALL natural stack.?

    Am currently taking no supplements/vitamins/anything...besides some acne med. Traing hard, gaining alot of strength and toning up. I want to stack some shit together to help get a little bigger though quicker without the prohormone/steroid thing. I will be buying whey/casein proteins along with amino acids and perhaps a weight gainer. Would it help if i took Trib. along with a test booster/anti'e such as formadrol Extreme to gain size but cut bloat? Am wondering because i want it to be effective but safe at the same time.

    well bro i dunt know.

    I take 15g arginine powder a day
    10g taurine
    15g bcaa
    10g creatine
    20g glutamine

    plus food, and whey, and casein


    i take this year round usually, except for the creatine and arg. i use the mfor 12 weeks on 12 off

    i used trib before, trib at 2000mg a day, long jack at 500mg a day, and zma.

    didnt notice alot.

    i did that cycle for 12 weeks.

    But food is good. eat 2 pounds of lean red meat a day, and 2 quarts whole milk. along with potatoes, and rice, and lots of carbs. you will gain good.

    do cardio at 20mins a day 3 days a week to maintain bf levels

    See, i stopped taken proteins and and all that shit about 6 months ago because i wanted to train completely off whole foods to see what i could do, and then do to improve when i started back up with the supps. I train long and heavy three days week about 2-3 hours at max. Run a mile before lifting. Eat, then lift. Then eat.....eat eat. Ive never taken trib, but i did take creatine. Waste of money because i dont respond to it...and i dont want to experiment with arg because i dont think ill respond to that either and it would be a waste of the hard earned $$$.

    well creatine needs to hit you fast, mix it with sugar, i do post workout. 50g oats 50g sugar.

    whey will hit you fast, when u wake up to stop muscle catabolism, and post workout. casein will slow down the protein before bed, especially if you add glutamine, and flax.

    thats what i did before and plan on doing again. Thing is, Im constantly ****ing hungry in the morning when taken sups, and wont be able to run unless i put shit in my stomach, and that'll beat the point of running to burn bf.

    well i wake have my vitamin pack, and 50g whey with 5g glutamine.

    then 45 mins later i eat 2-4 eggs, and 10 whites. plus carbs

    wake: vitamins, 5g glutamine
    pre: 5g creatine, 5g glutamine, 5g arginine, 5g taurine(either pre or post) 5g bcaa.6 caps fish oil
    post: 5g bcaa, 5g arginine, 5g creatine, 5g glutamine. 60g protein, 120-130g carbs.

    bed: 5-10g glutamine, 5g arginine, 5g taurine, 5g bcaa. 40g casein, flax. 6 caps fish oil

    i also take 2 b complex pills a day, 1500-2500mg vitc 2-3 times a day, chromium, and 1000 iu vit e
    i eat about 350g protein, 400-450g carbs 95 fat(mostly good) i aint maintaing.

    I will bulk soon. 350g protein, 700-900 g carbs, 150g fat(mostly good). i will do this for 5 months

    not sure i am only 19, maybe another year, though i have been training since i was 14, serious training for last 3 years.

    i know bout safety. I will use .25mg adex a day for whole cycle. and weeks 12-17 for pct with nolva and clomid






    you could try to use insulin . read bout it. now gear, but it works.

    Damn what are your stats? I personally will not be doin any cycles, or insulin , because im still only 18 and im only about 160 lbs. I want to get to atleast 180, and over 20 before any of that. I took prohormones when i was 16... BAD IDEA luckly my body is back to perfect for my age.
