When people say take 3 grams a day do you mean 30 X 100mg capsules.
Yikes my throat is already sore thinking about it.

Well, ALA comes in different dose pills(100, 200, 500). 3g is kind of a lot even on a cycle in my opinion.
I use 600-800mg a day on a regular basis. On cycle I would think that 1000-1200mg would be sufficient.

Well I have them in 500mg caps so it's a little easier! I take 1 with before every meal.
