I know this is in the wrong forum, but I did not find a better one.
I think that I am bloated (water retention) I have gain some weigth to fast and my muscles feel Musshy, at the touch.
I feel my face bloated, and my wrist watch band is now super small for me.
I am in HRT (Test Cyp & HGH) besides the usual, creatine, protein, multi vitamins etc.
Can it be that I am bloated?
How can I tell for sure?
What causes Bloating?
How do you prevent Bloating?
How to you cure or reverse Bloathing?
How long does it take to get reversed?
