    what is causing this???

I have dark, red, puffy bags under my eyes. I heard that high BP can cause this but not sure. Here is what I am on:

    SD: last week 20mg ED
    Milk thistle
    FF Niacin
    hawthorn berry
    taurine
    potassimum
    multi-vitamin
    calcium
    vit-c
B12: 1cc every other day inject
Clen: 80mcg ED, 1 week on 1 week off, on the week off I am taking AMP 3 times a week.

Anything on here that would cause this? They look bad. Thanks.

lack of sleep???....how is your diet and water consumption?

sleep is good, as a matter of fact last night I got around 10 hours and they look bad. Diet good, water is at least 1 gallon a day but closer to 1.5. The only time I don't get this or I eat bad is on the weekends. I am wondering if it is either high BP or my liver.

watch the niacin. That shit can cause more problems for some than prevent them.

it is not lack of sleep or stress. I know what both of those look like. The only other thing I can think of is allergies, this is my hay fever season?? any good creams to buy?

That's a pun right? Keep an eye, on your eye problem? Nevermind...

Stress and lack of sleep tends to affect the color beneath the eyes as well as the bagginess. When color is normal the most common cause is ocular allergy, second is an inflammation causing infection. The third reason may be water retention, and based on your cycle for which I don’t see an AI this is the most likely. This accumulation is further pronounced in people who sleep face down. Fluid accumulates under your skin especially at night when the body does not eliminate water. Bags under eyes are caused by fluid collecting in loose skin. Propping your head up on two pillows when sleeping will let gravity drain the eye area.

This should subside post-cycle, but next time use an AI. In the interim, women use a variety of home remedies, which I know of, well because I’ve dated a lot of girls.

Cold teabags work pretty well, as do sliced cucumbers. Also (for a quick fix) put some spoons in the freezer for about 10 minutes, then put the cold spoons on your eyes (have a tissue or paper towel between the spoon and your skin so it doesn't stick!) and wait about 5 min. Another idea is to get one of those cooling eye mask things that you can put in the fridge or freezer, or even heat it up in warm water to place over your eyes.
