Supplement for Recovery?
Hey all,
I need some help. I'm starting to work on my wheels and everytime I go hard. So hard that I usually don't recover for about 4 days. I would like to work my legs at least 2-3 days a week, but I can't due to the pain. Is there anything out there that speeds up recovery time really well?
And for all the responses regarding "am I drinking water?" "how is your diet?"
My Diet is fine, I drink tons of water and I stretch all the time. Just asking about supplements. That's all!

As long as I let them recover, i.e. there is no pain. That means they are good to work again right. I usually don't go by time, I just say "hey, they feel good and I get pumped to work them out again." Is that still overtraining?

If you work legs on Monday and you don't recover until Friday then I would say go for it on Saturday or just to be safe Sunday. Rest is one of the key ingredients to success.
