Hey all,

I need some help. I'm starting to work on my wheels and everytime I go hard. So hard that I usually don't recover for about 4 days. I would like to work my legs at least 2-3 days a week, but I can't due to the pain. Is there anything out there that speeds up recovery time really well?

And for all the responses regarding "am I drinking water?" "how is your diet?"

My Diet is fine, I drink tons of water and I stretch all the time. Just asking about supplements. That's all!
