at my work we sell a super mass stack for 21 days, 60+ dollars.....

i read allotta good things in this mass book i have....but lookin for opinions elsewhere.....

i would just make sure the diet is spot on and train natural. if your hellbent on taking supplements then i would take some arginine and maybe a creatine product. all those supposed supplements work(supermass stack), but are way over priced and are not researched enough to equal out cost/benefit.

Take a guess at what company makes that "MASS BOOK".... NX Care... guess who makes those 3 products..... NX Care... i'll let you put two and two togeather

Controlled Labs is a good company that dosnt false advertise their products like 70% of the companies do now a days
