Is too much Guafenesin bad for you???

Seems like a stupid question but i have heard some cough/col components such as this can be detrimental at some point. I know it is an expectorant but since i am taking so much of this I was just curious since this stuff is always made with the ephedrine that i buy from my local gas station??

25 mg of ephedrne HCI
200 mg of guafenesin
200 mg of vivarin
81 mg of coated bayer (low dose)
8 mg of yohimbe

i take these stack twice a day then up to three times a day during a cycle.

guaifenesin is an andrendergic blocker (block the receptors that ephedrine works through), an anaesthetic and muscle relaxant. so, yes it makes it less effective and is not something you as an athelete want to take before working out.

where can i buy the E without the guaifensin then? dam i wish i knew this before i loaded up on these pills the other day

i wouldn't worry about the guaifensin. i have been advised that it is only a select study that shows it makes the ephedrine less effective. plus if you are using caffeine and aspirin as well... the muscle relaxation will be nixed.
