What brand of creatine cee is the best? and im guessing liquid is more effective than caps

I have that same question. But I have heard that it tastes pretty awefull so I was considering buying the capsules, but good question.

Also is there a difference between CEE and CEE HCL (Creatine Ethyl Ester Hydrochloride), which is better, or is it just a marketing ploy?

I use higher power CEE. Powder is way to go. CEE is much better than regular creatine, but tastes like battery acid, yummy battery acid

I use Higher Power CEE, as well. It is easier on my digestive system and it will not cause water retention. I'm not sure if it is superior to creatine monohydrate for strength gains, though. The jury is still out on that one, for me. It tastes exactly like battery acid and can make you gag a little going down.
