Of all of them glutamine would be the first one I would drop.

I'd drop the calcium as i'm sure you get plenty in your Multivitamin and protein bars.

I, personally, have never experienced any results with glutamine. Save your money, next time, and drop the glutamine. Oral administration is not effective. Run a search for glutamine and look for Giantz posts on its ineffectiveness.

well the calcium is cheap, protien bars are good for a quick snack before th gym or on the go, i dont get the expesive name brand ones, just some from walmart that have like 15 grams of protien and are like a dollar each, they taste GREAT also! so i should have said this
out of the BCAA's, Glutamine, and LArgine which one should i drop.??
and again, what r the benefits of arginine and GLut before bed??

My 2 cents...
I've read one of Giants11 posts on the Glutamine and I agree with the drop.
Next would be BCAA.
That should save you some bucks.

I would look at the BCAA's in your portein drink as well as the bars... you could probably afford to drop the BCAA's. Also, i agree with wolffey, most protein bars are S*** in a wrapper and not worth the money. If you're on the run, grab a can of tuna imo...

i would drop the protein bars, zinc before bed, and the glutamine.
BCAA's are a big check before and after a workout, seeing as they will start protein synthesis ALONE. protein powder is a must, multi, and calcium are a no brainer, and arginine has been described already.

The glutamine will keep his small intestines healthy, keep it in. IMO you don't need to drop anything in fact i would add an EFA supp as well.

yeah, i'd drop the L-a too, there is no evidence that the minor increase in gh causes any signifigant body comp. changes. Kick the protein bars to the curb (they're like snickers with low quality protein added) calcium isn't that important to lifters as the strain we place on our bodies strengthens our bones. I'd keep the BCAA, Protein powder, multi, vit c and zinc.
