    lactose intolerant whey and creatine ok? for friend

    my friend wants to start lifting and he lactose intolerant meaning when he eats dairy products he has to take lactate pills. well he is wonderng will have have to witht taking whey protien and creatine

    whey is from milk/cheese so it's likely he'd have to take his lactate pills with his shakes. If he'd rather not, tell him to buy Soy protein... and make his shakes with Soy milk.

    A good friend of mine is EXTREMELY lactose intolerate. The soy protein is ok, but egg white protein seems to work a lot better. You can buy the powder form just about anywhere.

    arent the isopures lactose free and arent they 100 percent isolate and they are all lactose free??
