Creatine while trying to lose body fat?????
i know when using creatine water is absorbed into the muscles cells
but what if i'm trying to lose body fat wouldnt my cardio workout juss counteract with the creatine. during cardio i'm sweating and losing a lot of water, if i took creatine wouldnt it be that same water that is absorbed into the muscle cells.
i thought if i'd take creatine i'd be hitting two birds with one stone
gaining mass and losing bodyfat. should i consider using creatine while trying to lose bodyfat???
your help would be greatly appreciated
thank you

I have been taking creatine and losing lots of body fat. Its true it will bloat you a bit but i just do 10 mins in the sauna and it isnt a problem.
I never seem to really bloat up that bad even with out the hot room.
maybe the our bro's and sis's can give other opinions

I would stay away from Cell Tech if you are trying to lose fat...it has a ton of sugar in it...

What are your stats? What are your goals? And what does your routine look like? Usually, I suggest that you either cut or bulk. Yes, creatine will help with gaining lean muscle mass, but if you want to lose fat then concentrate on losing the fat and toning....then when you're ready, concentrate on putting on the mass.

Don't worry about the sugar content in Cell-Tech. You can take it and you will still be able to burn the fat. Good luck.

the sugar content in celltech is high yes, but its not bad sugar, its dextros witch is relativly easily burned off. and doesnt convert to fat storage.
